Dr. Kiruthika Balasundaram is a general, non-invasive cardiologist with extensive experience in both preventive cardiology and general cardiology. She is originally from the UK/India, and has stayed on as faculty at Mount Sinai after completing her cardiology fellowship at Mount Sinai Morningside in 2017. Dr. Balasundaram sees patients with a broad range of cardiac pathology, including but not limited to cardiovascular disease risk stratification in asymptomatic individuals, hypertension, lipid disorders, arrhythmias, valvular heart disease, heart failure and hereditary cardiomyopathies.
