Nurse Practitioner

“As a primary care nurse practitioner, my goal is to empower patients in staying ahead of their health - by setting individualized and attainable goals to achieve their optimal level of wellbeing. I place great emphasis on patient education that is backed by evidence-based medicine. I strongly believe that everyone is capable of change and forming healthy habits, no matter their current way of life.”

Srishti is a board-certified Adult and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She graduated at the top of her class and received the Excellence in Nursing award upon completion of her degree. Soon after she began working in an Internal Medicine setting, which allowed her to diagnose and treat a wide variety of acute and chronic illnesses. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Srishti cared for chronically ill individuals in an inpatient setting. Her passion lies in primary care and empowering patients in taking charge of their health. Srishti is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University where she received scholarships to complete both her Bachelor and Master of Nursing degrees.

In her spare time she enjoys cooking with her husband, reading, and planning her next adventurous getaway.
