A Health Care Experience You Deserve
How it Works
1. Select Your Personal Physician
Once a member, you meet with our Premier Internal Medicine physicians and select your concierge doctor. Your physician has a limited caseload and will quickly get up to speed on your health history and goals.
2. Meet Your Premier Health Navigators
Our Premier Navigators will welcome you to the program, and from there act as your health advocate–scheduling care, managing referrals, assisting with travel health needs, and more.
3. Rest Easy Knowing You are in the Best Hands
Whether it is two in the afternoon or two in the morning, you will have one number to call. From there, your needs will be addressed by a team of experts who know you well.
Private State-of-the-Art Practice
We will work to address your health needs from a private and comfortable location, whether virtually, in your home, or at our state-of-the-art Health Center at Hudson Yards. We will make sure you don’t set foot in an emergency room unless it’s a true emergency.
